Overview
In the modern era of connectivity, the IP Command Center system stands as a testament to innovation and efficiency in elevator communication. Designed to handle between 1 and 128 elevator phones, this system leverages Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) to provide seamless two-way, person-to-person communication for elevators. This system is ideal for large installations unable to run the wire required for the elevator phones back to one centralized location. The IP Command Center system is more than just a communication tool; it’s a comprehensive solution that integrates with your existing network infrastructure, offering:
  • Integration: Ideal for new construction, retrofit projects, or upgraded phone systems, the IP Command Center system can be seamlessly integrated into your existing network.
  • Remote Management: Utilizing VOIP, the system enables voice communication over a network or internet connection, allowing for remote system monitoring and control.
  • Cost-Effectiveness: By leveraging your existing network infrastructure, the IP Command Center system offers a cost-effective solution without compromising on quality or compliance.

Power Requirements:

  • Command Center and Sub-Master Stations are powered from PoE

Wiring Requirements:

  • Command Center to Distribution Module: Single pair or via IP (contact Rath for a quote on the IP version)
  • SmartPhones to Distribution Module: Ethernet
  • Maximum 300’ run to Network Switch

Phone Capabilities:

  • Calls wait in queue until previous call is disconnected and receive a message stating that an emergency call is in progress. When the prior call clears, the next phone in queue is connected.
  • Includes handset and speaker phone for communication to phones
  • Works with 2100 series SmartPhones
  • LEDs indicate which phones have initiated a call
  • Rescue personnel can communicate with individual phones and outside party
  • Audible alert sounds when phones place a call until Command Center joins conversation

Distribution Module Features:

  • Included with Command Center
  • Surface mount
  • Install on a wall or table top
  • Requires 120vac power with battery backup or Rath Power Supply
  • Single dedicated phone line or as an Intercom System

Additional Features:

  • Surface or Flush Cabinets feature powder coated steel enclosure with twist lock closure
  • Works with In Car Analog Phones with Remote IP Interface or In Car IP Phones
  • Can be configured with the main Command Center, Multiple Sub-Master Stations (available in desk, surface, or flush mount) and Machine Room phones (2300-630RC)
  • In Car Analog Phone and 2300-630RC require a 2100-VOIP2CS Interface. The In Car IP Phones are a direct Ethernet connection
  • Connect 2100-VOIP2CS and In Car IP Phone to Distribution Module via an Ethernet connection. Maximum 300’ run to Network Switch
  • The IP Command Center can utilize any existing Rath Janus phone installed in the elevator by adding our 2100-VoIP2CS. The 2100-VoIP2CS converts IP to analog without having to replace the current elevator phone.
  • For Supervision, utilize the 2500-VoIPM IP Supervisor for up to 200 Rath IP endpoints (Phones and Command Center)
