Overview
The Multi-Line Command Center System is designed to provide efficient two-way, person-to-person voice communication for installations requiring a phone per elevator or per bank of elevators. The system can accommodate an impressive range of 1 to 116 elevator phones and up to 32 dedicated phone lines. With the ability to have one dedicated phone line per elevator phone, the Multi-Line Command Center makes it easy to guarantee all elevators can get communication without interference.
- The system is compatible with most Rath and Janus Elevator phones, allowing the phone to be tailored to fit the specific needs of your elevator car
- The Distribution Module included as a part of the Multi-Line Command Center acts as a simple, centralized location for all of the system wiring
- Utilizing just one pair of wires between each elevator phone & Distribution Module, the system ensures easy installation.
- All components are engineered to meet current industry codes, ensuring reliability and peace of mind
Power Requirements:
- Command Center and Sub-Master Stations are powered from the Distribution Module (except SmartPhones)
Wiring Requirements:
- SmartPhones to Distribution Module: Single pair
Phone Capabilities:
- Audible alert sounds when phones place a call until Command Center joins conversation
- LEDs indicate which phones have initiated a call
- Rescue personnel can communicate with individual phones and outside party
- Command Center includes handset for communication to elevators
- Standard system allows for 4 incoming Telco lines which are assigned to specific elevator phones

The SHW-MRI system by Janus is designed to provide efficient communication between a single or two-car elevator group and the machine room. Designed to work with all Rath and Janus phones, industry leaders in elevator emergency communication.
Efficient Installation: SHW-MRI does not require any modification to be done in the elevator car or any additional phone lines allowing installation to be completed in an average of 20 minutes
Small, Compact Size: Compact but powerful footprint allows for an SHW-MRI to be installed to be installed on any wall, even if construction is completed, making it an effective solution for small retrofit installations

Innovative technology enables the Machine Room Intercom to work with any type of ADA compliant elevator phone, allowing a low cost, easy to install retrofit solution.
Just plug in the included touch tone phone (HDSTL) to the provided jack, press the button and call the elevator phone.
