The EMS5 system by Janus is designed to provide seamless two-way, person-to-person voice communication for elevators, accommodating up to 8 elevator phones on a stand-alone unit, or up to 24 on three daisy-chained units. Ideal for small to medium installations, this system offers flexible communication options. With add-on lobby or machine room master phones, the EMS5 ensures all rescue locations have voice pathways to get the passenger the assistance it needs.
- Small, Compact Size: Compact but powerful footprint allows for an EMS5 to be installed to be installed on any wall, even if construction is completed, making it an effective solution for retrofit installations.
- Stand-Alone Capability: The EMS5 provides person-to-person voice off-site communication capabilities utilizing only one dedicated phone line. For installations with 24-7 on-site monitoring, the EMS5 can also be set up as a stand-alone intercom system, the site to meet code without reoccurring costs in un-necessary phone lines.
