Overview

The RATH® SmartView 2 Machine Room Unit is the central control hub for the SmartView 2 elevator communication system. Installed in the elevator machine room or control space, it powers and manages all connected in-car units, enabling two-way voice and visual text communication with passengers during emergencies.

Designed for both new installations and modernization projects, the SmartView 2 Machine Room Unit supports on-site configuration, system supervision, and encrypted communication to ensure code compliance and reliable operation. Its streamlined wiring and remote monitoring capabilities make it easy to install, maintain, and integrate into any SmartView 2 system.
