The AVIRE Fire Comms System provides reliable, prioritised two-way voice communication between the Fire Service Access Level, lift car, machine room and other designated locations. Connected through CANbus and integrated with the DCP EVO Gateway, Digital Audio Unit and AVIRE Hub, it combines firefighter communication, system monitoring and compliance management in one solution.

The Firefighter Lift Switch and Intercom provides the main firefighter communication and control point for the AVIRE Fire Communication System at the Fire Service Access Level. Turning the firefighter key switch to the active position starts the system and enables hands-free, two-way communication with the lift car. The integrated press-to-talk button gives the active unit priority and mutes microphones on the other connected intercoms, helping firefighters communicate clearly across the system. LED indicators provide immediate visibility of system status, talk activity and the primary or secondary power supply.

The Firefighter Lift Machine Room Intercom provides a dedicated communication point within the lift machine room or near the MRL cabinet. Connected to the AVIRE Fire Communication System through CANbus, it enables personnel at the machine-room location to communicate with the lift car, Fire Service Access Level and other connected firefighter intercom points. Prioritised press-to-talk operation helps ensure clear, controlled communication when the system is active.

The Fire Lift I/O Module connects the AVIRE Fire Communication System with the lift controller and building systems. It manages communication between the DCP Evo, lift car Digital Audio Unit and firefighter intercom points through CANbus, while its configurable inputs and relay outputs enable integration with the lift controller and power-supply status signals. DIN-rail mounting, automatic system start-up and device discovery help simplify installation and commissioning.

All-in-One Emergency Communication Hub The DCP Evo combines a GSM gateway, lift emergency phone, and M2M gateway, delivering everything you need in one device. It’s the control centre of your modern lift emergency communication system. For installations that need an extra serial port, we also offer the DCP Evo X – same functionality, one added RS232/RS422/485 port. Built on a legacy of trusted AVIRE gateways and emergency lift phones, the DCP Evo now supports VoIP and VoLTE and includes new features that make it easier to maximise your lift monitoring setup.

The Optional Firefighter Lift Intercom extends the AVIRE Fire Communication System to additional locations such as landings and central command points. Connected through CANbus, each unit provides prioritised press-to-talk communication with the other connected firefighter intercom points. Up to eight optional intercoms can be incorporated into a system, supporting larger or more complex firefighter lift installations.

The Memcom+ lift emergency phone is a high-quality, and reliable autodialler that provides trapped passengers quick and easy access to emergency assistance. The unit has a speaker, microphone, and backlit LCD for programming and status updates.
