Job description

We are seeking a talented Digital and Marketing Communications Lead to join our dynamic Marcomms team. You will report to the Head of Marketing Communications & play a pivotal role in shaping & executing our communication efforts.

Your creative & digital skills will build brand awareness, engage our audience, & drive business growth across 5 core regions: Germany, France, Spain, UK, & Australia. You will work closely with individual regions & the Digital Marketing Manager.

To further enhance our team, we are seeking a candidate with good design skills who is naturally curious and customer experience-orientated, motivated to learn the dynamics of a competitive market.

You will collaborate with multiple departments (Sales, Product Marketing, Technical Support, Engineering, Customer Services & HR) to help create & activate the various Marketing collateral & campaigns that are needed to promote & support the AVIRE Brand, Products & Services.

This position may require travel up to 10%

What will you be doing?

Content Creation & Graphic Design:

Develop high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including our social media channels, email campaigns, press releases, sales collateral & more. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is essential for creating visually appealing graphics, infographics, & other design assets for marketing collateral, both digital & print. Guide graphic designers, copywriters or agencies to ensure high-quality content development. Ensure consistent brand messaging & design across all materials.

Execute multi-channel digital & offline marketing campaigns:

Using AVIRE’s owned, earned & bought advertising & marketing channels you will manage the entire campaign lifecycle which includes planning, content development, execution, monitoring, engagement, & metrics tracking.

Campaign Performance & ROI:

Define the messaging & call to action KPI’s at the beginning of a campaign project & advise on tracking mechanisms. During the campaign continually analyze the performance data & recommend adjustments for optimal ROI. Report on performance of marketing campaigns & messaging efforts by extracting multiple marketing platform data such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & social media management tools.

Web CMS (WordPress):

Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement changes, update designs & user journeys on our Global & regional websites (UK, France, Germany, Spain & Australia)

SEO & SEM:

Play a key role in the implementation of SEO & SEM strategies, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to improve website visibility, drive organic & paid traffic, & optimize landing pages for conversion.

Social Media channels:

Create & schedule content, & engage with our online community.

Email Marketing & CRM:

Plan, design & execute email marketing campaigns using Pardot & analyse performance.

Create & Manage Events:

Develop & manage events, both digital & offline, to promote the AVIRE brand, products, & services.

Customer Experience:

Champion the customer experience by ensuring that all marketing communication efforts are customer-centric. Understand & address customer needs & expectations by incorporating customer feedback & insights into the development of marketing content & strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience & satisfaction across all communication touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing communications role
  • Demonstrable expertise in all aspects of digital marketing. Strong experience should be supported with examples of your work & metrics that demonstrate your success. Must show high proficiency with key platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & social management tools such as Hootsuite used in a professional capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving content creation for marketing collateral including sales brochures & ads, videos, &/or event materials (examples of your work will be requested)
  • Strong project management skills with an established ability to work effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders to organise & drive multiple workstreams.
  • Confidence working with numbers; ability to pull data & structure basic analysis (e.g. campaign performance)
  • Lead generation campaign management, with examples of having owned campaign from start to finish, measuring & analysing results/ROI & adapting approach as necessary
  • Experience communicating & corresponding directly with customers, verbally & in writin

Other Requirements

  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in video production & proficiency with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro would be considered an asset.
  • Experience in diverse cultural environments & proficiency in either German, French, or Spanish would be regarded as an advantage.
