As an Associate Product Manager at Avire, you will play a pivotal role in the development and management of a key product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive the success of your product line from conception to launch and beyond. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and deliver products.

What you will do:


1.      Product Strategy and Roadmap: Under direction of the senior product
manager, define the strategic direction of the product line, including
identifying market opportunities, conducting competitive analysis, and
prioritizing feature development based on customer needs and business goals.

2.      Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between various teams
including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and
coordination throughout the product development lifecycle. Facilitate effective
communication and collaboration to drive project success.

3.      Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Gather insights from customers through
surveys, interviews, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
Conduct thorough competitive analysis to understand the
strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning of competing products.
Identify opportunities for product
innovation and improvement.

4.      Define Product Requirements: Work closely with customers, sales,
marketing and engineering to gather and document product requirements, ensuring
clear and actionable specifications are provided for development.

5.      New Product Development and Launch: Work closely with engineering teams to
oversee the development process, providing guidance and support as needed to
ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Coordinate product releases
and updates, including conducting user acceptance testing and managing release
communications.

6.      Product Line Rationalization: Continuously monitor and prioritize
features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and
business objectives. Continuously evaluate and refine priorities to maximize
value delivere

7. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Define and track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product line.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable
insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree  in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in product management and/or a technical role (Experience working as a Product Manager from concept to product launch is preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing projects from conception to launch, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time, within budget, proven to drive value for customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into data-driven decisions that serve the customer need.
  • Experiencing conducting market analysis, customer research and competitor analysis and ability to apply associated tools and techniques.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
