The Americas AVIRE team is looking for a highly driven, highly motivated individual to take us to new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate analysis and insight to the commercial teams as the Sales Operations Analyst. You will be a member of the commercial team with the collective goal to drive growth and provide analysis on business insights to make critical decisions. Further, you will be a part of a team that has a track record of delivering double digit compound growth while supporting each other. This position reports to the North America Customer Experience Manager.

What you will do:

  1. Sales & Marketing analytics – prepare monthly reports analyzing data to evaluate current sales goals and performance of commercial organization
  2. Analyze lead, order and sales data to uncover trends, such as incliner and decliner analysis
  3. Quickly synthesize information and structure a concise, clear presentation of analysis to make recommendations
  4. Build appropriate visualizations to enable the commercial teams to track their performance
  5. Support the sales team through product, pricing and margin analysis
  6. Run standard reports, improve existing reports, and assist in developing new reports in Power BI and CRM
  7. Manage sales data cleanliness in ERP & CRM
  8. Manage territory assignments and any changes to the sales territory in CRM
  9. Responsible as CRM super user which includes training end users, ensuring consistent business processes and working with the business applications team for continuous improvements
  10.  All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales and/or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales operations or sales analyst role
  • Understanding of the sales process from lead to revenue
  • Proficiency in SalesForce, Pardot, PowerBI and similar tools
  • Passion for continuous optimization and improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively
