The Digital Communication Platform (DCP) is the heart of the Avire ecosystem. It channels 2-ways data between connected devices in the lift shaft and the Avire Hub on the cloud, providing foundation for a wealth of capabilities such as remote monitoring and management. It includes a GSM gateway, M2M data gateway and emergency telephone in a single unit.

The DCP links up with other smart devices and sensors through the MK-CANBus connection, that is simple, quick to install and provides easy expansion to the ecosystem. The DCP can be fitted with additional backup power and the CANBus Splitter allows it to be connected to multiple lift shafts.

Lift HAWK allows for remote checking of lift functionality by initiating movement tests from the Avire Hub.

The HAWK also periodically checks for lift fault and triggers an alert if a lift is unable to move.

The DAU sits behind the COP panel with Triphony units providing TOC and BOC communication points, or alternatively a DAP can be used in the pit to provide an alarm point at the bottom of the shaft. Inductive Loop provides EN81 70 compliance.

DCP Digital Communication Platform

The DCP combines a GSM gateway, emergency telephone and M2M gateway in a single unit. The system is EN81-28 compliant and allows you to upgrade a system from PSTN to GSM. The DCP allows you to reliably configure, update and monitor devices remotely.

Avire Hub

Avire’s cloud monitoring system allows you to see your entire lift portfolio online, to spot when a site visit is actually necessary, to remotely update displays and other equipment, to stream data live from lift controllers or sensors, and to do all of this within a safe and secure digital environment.

Lift HAWK

A common issue for lift engineers is being called out to site to check an ‘out of service’ lift, however, the lift is often ‘running on arrival’. The Lift HAWK means that maintenance companies can quickly and easily check to see if the lift is genuinely ‘out of service’ from a remote location.

The Connex-02 has inputs and outputs that are fully configurable through the Avire Hub. Each input has different monitoring modes to choose from, including if the lift is in or out of service, showing when the lift is in maintenance mode, logging engineer arrival and departure and monitoring of the door open and close cycles.
