My name is Ana Fernandes, and I am a Customer Service Advisor at AVIRE. I hold a degree in Science of Education and moved to the UK 13 years ago. Upon arriving, I began working in the retail sector, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience that laid a solid foundation for my transition into customer service. I joined the AVIRE team in April 2023.
What drew me to AVIRE was the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. I find real value in building relationships with customers and being able to assist them effectively. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the support I provide can help resolve issues and make a genuine difference to someone’s day.
What I enjoy most about my role is working with a fantastic team of colleagues and contributing to a culture built on professionalism and honesty. One of the most fulfilling aspects of the job is receiving appreciation from customers, those moments of gratitude truly reinforce the impact of our work.
