My name is Cameron Hing, and I am a Senior Customer Service Advisor at AVIRE. I joined the business in June 2022, having previously gained experience in retail with Marks & Spencer and through volunteering at my local Cancer Research UK shop. Academically, I hold A-levels in History, Politics, and Geography, achieving AAA grades.
What initially attracted me to AVIRE was the positive energy and close-knit nature of the customer service team, as well as the company’s strong sense of progress and momentum. Since joining, I’ve taken on more responsibility within our small team, stepping into the senior role and becoming more involved in day-to-day decision-making.
I really enjoy the hands-on elements of my job, such as order picking, dispatching goods, and unloading deliveries. What I value most about working with customers is the problem-solving aspect, communicating with them to resolve issues or identify the best solutions to meet their needs. I believe customers appreciate the ease of contact with our team and the quick, efficient responses we strive to provide.
