The RATH® SmartView 2 All-In-One Unit combines two-way voice communication, visual text messaging, and optional video capabilities into a single, space saving device mounted inside the elevator cab. Designed to meet ASME, CSA, IBC/ICC, and ADA requirements, this fully integrated unit ensures all passengers, including those who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired, can communicate effectively during an emergency.
Its built-in display and speaker with microphone eliminate the need for multiple separate components, reducing installation complexity while maintaining a clean and modern appearance. The unit can be configured with either an integrated camera or an external USB camera, providing flexibility to match the cab design and project requirements. Power and data run over a single wire pair for streamlined installation, and encrypted software ensures secure operation.
