Two-Way Voice & Visual Text Communication

Two-Way Voice & Visual Text Communication systems are designed to meet modern safety and accessibility standards by providing both audible and visual emergency communication for elevator passengers. These systems ensure that all individuals, including those who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech-impaired, can request help and receive confirmation that assistance is on the way.

RATH® Two-Way Voice & Visual Text Communication systems combine hands-free voice functionality with a visual text display that delivers real-time status updates, such as “Call Received” and “Help Is On the Way.” This dual communication approach improves user confidence and enhances emergency response visibility.

RATH® Two-Way Voice & Visual Text Communication solutions comply with ASME, CSA, ADA, and IBC/ICC requirements, ensuring your elevators meet the latest codes while delivering inclusive and effective communication during emergencies.
