The RATH® 2100-ALARM OEM Series provides continuous monitoring of elevator emergency communication systems for new elevator installations. Designed for elevator manufacturers and fixture companies, the system continuously monitors emergency phone lines and provides immediate audible and visual notification when a communication failure is detected, helping ensure reliable emergency communication throughout the life of the elevator. Available in flush mount and surface mount configurations, the 2100-ALARM OEM Series monitors up to 10 RATH® Externally Powered Phones from a single unit. Stainless steel construction, keyed alarm reset, and flexible mounting options allow the system to integrate seamlessly into OEM elevator designs while supporting current code compliance.

OEM Line Monitoring Expansion Module
The JANUS® OEM Line Monitoring Expansion Module (LMX) increases the system capacity by adding support for additional elevator emergency phones. Designed for new elevator installations, the LMX integrates with the LMA Line Monitoring Alert to provide scalable communication failure monitoring for multi-car elevator systems and large OEM projects without requiring additional monitoring systems. Each LMX supports up to 10 RATH® Externally Powered Phones, and multiple expansion modules can be added as system capacity increases. Its compact surface mount enclosure, flexible power options, and simple connection to the LMA make it easy to incorporate scalable communication monitoring into OEM elevator designs.
