IP Command Centers
RATH® IP Command Centers provide centralized emergency call management for the IP Command Center System. Designed to manage up to 128 call boxes, these command centers use Ethernet/IP communication and can leverage an existing LAN or dedicated network, helping reduce cabling while providing a scalable solution for emergency communication across larger facilities. Available in surface mount, flush mount, and desk configurations, RATH® IP Command Centers support main and submaster station configurations to accommodate a variety of system designs. Standard hardwired and PoE Submaster options provide additional installation flexibility, while built-in call queuing manages multiple call locations and supports both off-site calling and intercom-only operation.
IP Emergency Call Boxes
RATH® IP Command Center Emergency Call Boxes provide network-based, two-way emergency communication for Areas of Refuge and other emergency communication applications. Using VoIP technology, each call box can dial up to 5 programmable emergency numbers and provide an 18-second recordable location message to help responding personnel identify the caller’s location. Available in flush mount, surface mount, and exterior configurations, these call boxes provide flexible installation options for a variety of building environments. PoE simplifies power and network connectivity, while optional supervision through the RATH® 2500-VOIPM provides monitoring for communication loss. Multiple finishes and protective cover options are available to accommodate different project requirements.
IP Command Center Supervision
RATH® IP Command Center Supervision products provide continuous monitoring of critical network connections and power throughout the IP Command Center System. By detecting unreachable IP devices, network failures, and power loss, these supervisory modules help identify system issues and provide notification when a fault occurs.The 2500-VOIPM supervises up to 200 RATH® IP endpoints and automatically checks system connectivity at adjustable intervals, while the 2500-UPSMONITOR provides continuous power supervision. Relay outputs and dry contacts support integration with external systems, providing comprehensive supervision of the IP emergency communication system.
RP7700104
The RATH® RP7700104 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) provides reliable backup power for the IP Command Center System during a loss of primary power. Equipped with a 9 Ah sealed lead-acid battery, the UPS helps maintain emergency communication during power outages, providing up to four hours of emergency talk time. Designed for wall-mounted installation, the RP7700104 combines battery backup, power-loss notification, and surge protection in a single unit. Visual and audible alerts provide notification when primary power is lost, while built-in surge protection helps safeguard connected system equipment.
