The SmartView SmartRescue is engineered to enhance emergency response capabilities in elevator systems.

Serving as a portable communication terminal, SmartView SmartRescue enables rescue personnel to establish reliable two‑way voice and visual text communication with passengers trapped inside elevator cabs. Designed for interoperability within the SmartView platform, it complements call boxes and command centers to ensure seamless coordination during emergency interventions.

Emergency Code Compliance

Fully compliant with requirements for elevator emergency communications as outlined in ASME, IBC/ICC, CSA, and ADA.

Portable Rescue Terminal

Equipped with a handset and push-button interface, it allows fir st responders to dial into elevator phones directly, using intuitive controls and clear status feedback.

Visual Call Monitoring

Embedded LED indicators provide real-time status of ongoing elevator communication lines, enabling passive monitoring and quick action.

Dedicated Call Handling

Rescue operators can initiate two-way calls, manage voice exchanges, and disconnect when resolved by hanging up the handset.
