The RATH® SAFE-1050 is an integrated Public Safety Distributed Antenna System (DAS) designed to improve in-building radio coverage for first responders. Combining bidirectional signal amplification, digital filtering, and integrated LiFePO4 battery backup into a single compact enclosure, the SAFE-1050 simplifies installation while supporting reliable emergency responder communications in commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and public safety facilities.Available in single-band and dual-band configurations with multiple output power options, the SAFE-1050 supports a wide range of ERCES applications and building requirements. Modular channel cards, programmable digital filtering, integrated NFPA alarm monitoring, and a NEMA 4 enclosure provide the flexibility, reliability, and performance needed for code-compliant public safety radio coverage systems.

The RATH® SAFE-AN-1002 Remote Annunciator provides centralized monitoring and notification of Public Safety DAS conditions, allowing personnel to quickly identify system issues from a remote location. Compatible with all RATH® BDAs and head-end systems, the annunciator uses visual and audible alerts to provide clear indication of monitored system conditions. Designed for flexible installation, the SAFE-AN-1002 connects to the BDA using a single CAT5 cable that provides both power and alarm connectivity at distances up to 1,000 feet. Form-C relays support external notifications and fire alarm panel connections, while a magnetic switch simplifies system testing and alarm muting. Recessed or flush mounting options and a NEMA 4 enclosure support installation across a range of Public Safety DAS applications.

RATH® RF antennas provide reliable RF signal reception and distribution for Integrated Public Safety DAS applications. Designed to support different points within the RF signal path, the antenna portfolio includes a high-gain outdoor directional antenna for targeting external RF signal sources and a low-profile indoor ceiling antenna for distributing coverage throughout the building. Wideband performance supports critical public safety frequencies, while application-specific designs help optimize coverage for indoor and outdoor environments. The AV000004 provides directional high-gain performance with adjustable alignment, while the AV000010 provides omnidirectional 360° coverage in a discreet, ultra-slim design.

RATH® directional couplers provide controlled RF signal distribution within Integrated Public Safety DAS applications. Designed to divert a defined portion of the RF signal while allowing the remaining signal to continue through the system, the couplers help balance signal levels and distribute coverage throughout the building while minimizing signal loss and interference. Available in 6 dB and 10 dB coupling configurations, both models support frequencies from 340–2700 MHz, including UHF, 700/800 MHz, and FirstNet bands. Ultra-low PIM, high power handling, and IP65-rated construction support reliable RF performance in both indoor and outdoor DAS installations.

The RATH® AV000007 RF power splitter provides reliable RF signal distribution within the Integrated Public Safety DAS. Designed to divide an incoming RF signal between two output paths, the 2-way splitter supports frequencies from 100–900 MHz while maintaining signal performance through low insertion loss and high port isolation. Its compact, shielded enclosure helps protect against RF interference, while N-type connections provide dependable integration with RF infrastructure. With a 50 Ω impedance and support for up to 5 W of RF input power, the AV000007 provides a straightforward solution for distributing RF signals across multiple system paths.

RATH® RF coaxial cable and connectivity products provide the RF transmission pathway for the Integrated Public Safety DAS, helping maintain reliable signal performance throughout the building. The portfolio includes low-loss coaxial cable, pre-terminated RF cable assemblies, and field-installed connectors designed to support dependable connections between DAS components. Designed for installation flexibility and consistent RF performance, these components combine wideband operation, 50 Ω impedance, low-loss transmission, and reliable connectivity. Options for outdoor environments, plenum spaces, and field termination help accommodate different cable routing and installation requirements throughout the DAS infrastructure.

RATH® RF surge protection and grounding products help protect critical RF infrastructure within the Integrated Public Safety DAS from lightning-induced surges, electrical transients, and fault currents. The portfolio includes an RF surge protector (AV000005) for safeguarding connected equipment and a grounding kit (AV000003) that provides a dedicated path for fault and lightning currents from coaxial cable installations. Designed for reliable integration into RF infrastructure, these components combine high surge-handling capabilities with durable construction for demanding installations. The AV000005 maintains signal performance with low insertion loss, while the AV000003 provides a corrosion-resistant, IP68-rated connection for 1/2″ coaxial and hybrid cables.

The RATH® AV000006 RF weatherproofing kit provides a reliable moisture seal for RF cable connections and splices within the Integrated Public Safety DAS. Designed for outdoor installations, the AV000006 helps protect critical RF connections from moisture and environmental exposure. The AV000006 combines butyl rubber sealing tape with black PVC finishing tape to create a durable, weather-resistant barrier around RF connections. Its flexible materials conform around connectors and cable interfaces, supporting dependable protection in exposed installations.

RATH® rooftop antenna mounting products provide a stable, non-penetrating mounting solution for rooftop antennas used within the Integrated Public Safety DAS. The system combines a ballasted roof mount (AV000002) with a protective rubber mat (AV000001) to support secure antenna installation without penetrating the roof membrane. Designed for flat-roof applications, the AV000002 features a 5-foot mast and hot-dip galvanized construction for outdoor durability. The AV000001 installs beneath the mount to provide a stable, anti-skid surface while helping protect the roof from marring and gouging.
