The SmartView 2500‑RCSV and SmartView 2500‑RCFSV are part of SmartView In‑Building Communication Systems from RATH® from AVIRE.

This centralized command center delivers reliable two‑way voice and visual text communication to every elevator throughout your facility. Designed to fulfill in‑elevator emergency requirements, it gives first responders direct, real‑time access to trapped passengers via voice and text ensuring clear, code-compliant interaction when every second counts.

Emergency Code Compliance

Engineered to meet ASME, IBC/ICC, CSA, and ADA standards for in‑elevator visual & voice communications.

User-Friendly Interface

Equipped with a handset and speakerphone, the Command Center enables seamless two-way calls and text-based messaging with elevator passengers. LEDs illuminate to indicate active lines and initiated calls for rapid response.

Visual Call Indicators

Bright LED indicators show the status of each elevator call – simplifying monitoring and enabling staff to quickly identify active zones.

Scalable System Capacity

Supports from one up to 116 phone units, making it suitable for small buildings as well as high-rise complexes.

Integrated Monitoring & Control

Call boxes offer intuitive push-button operation; staff can passively monitor communications thanks to dedicated LED status lights.

Emergency Workflow Support

Once an alert message plays, operators can immediately initiate two-way voice communication with passengers trapped inside elevator cabs.
