Shelly became part of AVIRE in 2022 and is based in Wisconsin, regularly spending time at our Sussex headquarters and other global offices. She leads our human resources strategy, championing employee engagement across regions. Before joining AVIRE, Shelly served as Chief Human Resources Officer at PlayMonster and held senior HR roles at Pioneer Metal Finishing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development.
