This improvement will be required in all new Elevator installations or major modifications.\r\n\r\nOur visual system provides a secure connection to our cloud software and allows for easy monitoring of the system.  The monitoring company is able to receive a standard elevator call, and, if no answer, utilize our system to view the elevator. If the elevator car is occupied the monitoring company can then send a text type message to the display in the car and receive a Yes\/No response.
