The Avire Americas team is looking for a highly driven, marketing professional intent on deploying a consistent brand strategy while also developing marketing tactics to support significant growth goals. We are looking for you to come into our organization, challenge how and why we do what we do, and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that will allow us to stay well ahead of our competition. You will be a key member of our regional leadership team with a steadfast focus on the needs of our customers, creating content and executing that content in a way that resonates with them. This role reports directly to the General Manager of Avire Americas.

What will you be doing?

  1. Developing, deploying, and managing the overall vision, process, and product strategies for new and existing products.
    1. You will be an active partner to our sales team building a demand generation platform for new and existing product that helps provide an unrivalled customer experience
    2. You will partner with product management to identify and deploy the suite of content that supports customer engagement through all stages of the sales funnel
    3. You will serve as a key strategist in the positioning of our products via all sales channels to drive customer selection and improve profit performance
  2. Managing the marketing budget for the Americas organization
  3. Transforming our current marketing materials to support an on-demand environment that both provides enhanced customer experience and automates the interaction that occurs on a day-to-day basis
  4. Managing the execution of our global branding standards considering regional requirements
    1. You will support our branding refresh to ensure alignment
    2. You will serve as the gatekeeper for all content to ensure consistency of branding and voice to the marketplace
  5. Identifying return on investment for marketing activities and continually iterating to ensure resources are aligned to the activities producing the greatest impact
  6. Utilizing Pardot, you will build integrated campaigns to support targeted customer communication and drive increased conversion.
  7. Managing all persona work relative to our customers and channels to market and utilizing segmentation strategies to ensure relevant content
  8. Developing and deploying Avire Americas digital strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years progressive marketing experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct management experience
  • A minimum of 2 deploying successful integrated marketing communications campaigns
  • Experience with Adobe suite of products
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot highly desired, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to problem-solve
