The DCP WAVE is an easy to install solution for installing EN81-28 compliant telephone systems. In terms of installation it is the digital alternative to Avire’s long standing product, Memcom+ but does not need the connection to a landline. It also offers greater remote programming functionality and is a future proof solution.
The DCP WAVE should be used alone (with exisiting alarm buttons and pictograms) or with the surface mount accessory (MC-AES01-100-0-OL-000). It can also be used with the LPBus Inductive Loop (MC-ALB02-100-0-0L-000) and triphony units (MC-AET01-100-0-0L-000).
If the DCP WAVE is being used as an emergency communication device it is important that the signal strength is tested throughout the lift shaft. This can be done using the inbuilt signal strength tester.
