state-of-the-art Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery technology, designed to enhance performance and be lighter in weight and more compact than traditional batteries.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe battery system monitors and prevents both overcharge and over-discharge of the batteries, with overcurrent protection and cell-balancing circuitry to extend the life of the batteries. In the case of an outage, the integrated AC power supply offers a smooth transition from AC power to battery power.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe new battery technology is less likely to overheat versus legacy battery options, and this innovative design features no outgassing, low self-discharge, and no memory effect.
