Having brought the Avire Ecosystem to the market it has been clear that many of its benefits are of great value to Facilities Managers. A vast amount of information regarding building management is easily accessible to Facilities Managers and this is continuously expanding and becoming easier with smart technology. However, lifts have been somewhat of an anomaly in the process of bringing building data and management processes together.

Avire’s solutions take useful data and present it on a secure online platform for Facilities Managers to view. This can be of use in a variety of situations including entrapment, checking lift operation, monitoring the behaviour of lifts according to fire regulations and maintaining compliance to emergency communication standards amongst various other benefits.

We hope that our membership with IWFM will allow us to create more awareness of the solutions available and help many Facilities Managers gain visibility of their lifts. It will also will give us an increased understanding of the profession which will help inform our product roadmap for future solutions.
