ETR software is a full-service software support package for the Memco Emergency Telephone product range. Users can set up and mainain their own database of elevator emergency telephones.
The software can be used to receive emergency calls, to receive test calls and to monitor equipment for over 5,600 elevators per system. Additionally, the software can be used remotely to program the telephone units reducing, the need for site visits, which ultimately saves time and cost.
