The Americas AVIRE team is looking for a highly driven, highly motivated individual to take us to new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns, driving customer engagement, brand identity and lead generation. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency by developing and leading all marketing activities within the US region. You will provide leadership for the Marketing team, coaching and training team members. You will be a part of a team of Territory Sales Managers, Customer Service Specialists, Inside Sales Specialists, Technical Support Specialists, and Marketing Communications experts with the collective goal to provide the best customer experience in the industry, supporting our customers through every stage of the sales process. Further, you will be a part of a team that has a track record of delivering double digit compound growth while supporting each other. This position will be reporting to the Vice President Sales & Marketing – Americas

What you will do:

1. Develop, deploy, and manage the overall vision, process, and marketing communications strategies for new and existing products & services.

  • You will be an active partner to our sales team building a demand generation platform for new and existing product that helps provide an unrivalled customer experience.
  • You will partner with product management to identify and deploy the suite of content that supports customer engagement from product launch through all stages of the sales funnel.
  • You will serve as a key strategist in the positioning of our products via all sales channels to drive customer selection and improve profit performance.

2. Utilize as diverse an array of channels as possible, to ensure we are at the forefront of customers minds.

3. Manage the marketing budget for the U.S. organization.

4. Transform and grow our current marketing materials to support an on-demand environment that both provides enhanced customer experience and automates the interaction that occurs on a day-to-day basis.

5. Manage the execution of our global branding standards considering regional requirements.

  • You will support our branding refresh to ensure alignment.
  • You will serve as the gatekeeper for all content to ensure consistency of branding and voice to the marketplace.

6. Identify return on investment for marketing activities and continually iterate to ensure resources are aligned to the activities producing the greatest impact.

7. Manage the utilization of Pardot, oversee the building of integrated campaigns to support targeted customer communication and drive increased conversion.

8. Understand the customer journey for our business units to drive the correct tactics and automated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Commutable distance to Sussex, WI office
  • Ability to travel 10-15%
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Strategist or Marketing Manager; at least three years of that time leading a team.
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g., online tools and social media)
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Understanding of web design
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
