Monitor and control your lifts in real time

Get the assurance that all your lifts are operational and respond swiftly to any downtimes as they occur.

Avire puts real-time, visual information about your lifts at your fingertips. Data from each connected devices in the lift shaft comes to life through the Avire Hub cloud interface that is designed to provide direct access to status and performance trends. So, harness insights to inform your decision making or predictive maintenance plans.

With capabilities for remote management, get more done with less visit to each site. Configuration, testing, support and diagnostics are mere clicks away.

The Digital Communication Platform (DCP) is the heart of the Avire ecosystem. It channels 2-ways data between connected devices in the lift shaft and the Avire Hub on the cloud, providing foundation for a wealth of capabilities such as remote monitoring and management. It includes a GSM gateway, M2M data gateway and emergency telephone in a single unit.

The DCP links up with other smart devices and sensors through the MK-CANBus connection, that is simple, quick to install and provides easy expansion to the ecosystem. The DCP can be fitted with additional backup power and the CANBus Splitter allows it to be connected to multiple lift shafts.

Lift HAWK allows for remote checking of lift functionality by initiating movement tests from the Avire Hub.

The HAWK also periodically checks for lift fault and triggers an alert if a lift is unable to move.

Monitor and control your lift from the Avire Hub, with CONNEX-02

Be alerted when lifts go out of service and in maintenance mode. Monitor door cycles and duration of engineer on site. Save time by remotely conducting soft reset of the lift. CONNEX’s inputs are also fully configurable for event monitoring of any device.

Avire Hub is the cloud based platform for monitoring your lift, accessible from any internet connected device. Configure and update your devices, program tests to run at set times, or observe your lifts operating in real time. There’s no obscure fault codes or streams of data to decode; graphical elements offer intuitive access to status and wealth of performance trends.

Our connected Panachrome+ system is the world’s most complete elevator door safety mechanism.

Apart from receiving notification of failures, you can see information such as door blockages, timed out diodes, and even how many times the doors have opened and shut, all at your fingertips.

You don’t need to replace your entire COP to upgrade your lift’s display indicators. It’s easy to install our PRP display, and sensors monitor floor position to provide your lift passengers with crystal-clear information on a beautiful, modern screen.

Our emergency communications systems leave behind the limitations of analogue lines in favour of modern GSM connections.

The Digital Audio Unit (DAU), Triphony Unit, Inductive Loop and Pit Phone (DAP) forms the AS1735.19 / EN81 28 compliant emergency telephone system.

The DAU sits behind the COP panel with Triphony units providing TOC and BOC communication points, or alternatively a DAP can be used in the pit to provide an alarm point at the bottom of the shaft. Inductive Loop provides EN81 70 compliance.

DCP Digital Communication Platform

The DCP combines a GSM gateway, emergency telephone and M2M gateway in a single unit. The system is EN81-28 compliant and allows you to upgrade a system from PSTN to GSM. The DCP allows you to reliably configure, update and monitor devices remotely.

Avire Hub

Avire’s cloud monitoring system allows you to see your entire lift portfolio online, to spot when a site visit is actually necessary, to remotely update displays and other equipment, to stream data live from lift controllers or sensors, and to do all of this within a safe and secure digital environment.

Lift HAWK

A common issue for lift engineers is being called out to site to check an ‘out of service’ lift, however, the lift is often ‘running on arrival’. The Lift HAWK means that maintenance companies can quickly and easily check to see if the lift is genuinely ‘out of service’ from a remote location.

Navigation Box 02

We believe that every lift has a story to tell, it’s just a matter of how you tell it. The Navigation Box from Avire provides the insight needed to understand more about the journeys your lift has made and its usage pattern.

PRP

The unique retrofit display solution. Less wiring, less time, less hassle. The E-Motive PRP is the only option for easily upgrading to an eye-catching LCD solution.

Panachrome+

Connected Panachrome+ is the world’s most complete elevator door safety mechanism. This premium light curtain has coloured red and green indicators to highlight door movement.

DCP Accessories

The DCP has some system accessories and the Digital Audio Unit (DAU), Triphony Unit, Inductive Loop and Pit Phone (DAP) build the AS1735.19 / EN81-28:2018 compliant emergency telephone system.

Connex-02

The Connex-02 has inputs and outputs that are fully configurable through the Avire Hub. Each input has different monitoring modes to choose from, including if the lift is in or out of service, showing when the lift is in maintenance mode, logging engineer arrival and departure and monitoring of the door open and close cycles.
