Avire to launch two new products at NAEC 2016

– Company will unveil Janus E200 light curtain and DCS4 Digital Call Director

(Hauppage, NY) – Elevator safety and communication specialist Avire will be unveiling two new Janus products at the 2016 United Convention and Exposition: the DCS4 Digital Call Director and the E200 light curtain.

The DCS4 connects up to four Janus digital telephones to a single telephone line. Offering crystal clear sound quality, the product is suitable for both new and modernization projects where shielded wires are not available. Alternatively, the unit can be used as a stand-alone intercom system for communication within a building without a telephone line.

United_2016Designed for the North American market, the new E200 water-resistant safety edge can easily replace D200 installations and is suitable for any installation. The safety edge is both IP65- and NEMA 4x-rated, and contains 36 diodes which support 174 infrared beams. The receiver unit features a diagnostic LED for fault finding, decreasing installation time and facilitating maintenance.

Avire managing director Rob Lewis, business director Americas Mike Byrne, electrical engineering manager Jeff Weggeland, project manager Jonathan Latham, regional sales managers Justin Cianci and Scot Soucy, and sales manager Ben Godwin will be present at booth 1301.
